The cottage was beautifully decorated and very clean. the kitchen and bathroom were newly renovated and well-equipped, with a dishwasher and a good shower. the bedrooms had comfortable beds, plenty of storage space, and the owner provided extra bedding upon request. the location was excellent, right beside the railway station and within walking distance to many attractions in the area.
There was some noise from traffic and a nearby pub, but it was not too disturbing with earplugs. the views from the windows were limited.

We absolutely loved the cottage - it was a perfect home away from home. The location couldn't be better, with easy access to the train station and the famous Banksy graffiti-ed gable wall of the Prince Albert pub just a few doors down. The cottage was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a toaster, kettle, microwave, oven. The bathroom and kitchen facilities were clean and in good condition. We also appreciated the nice ground floor and the convenience of having a bath and shower. the cottage made our stay in Brighton perfect.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The location is great, particularly if traveling by train. It's very close to the station. Quirky music based pub nearby. Close proximity to the Lanes, coffee shops, restaurants, and pubs. Tidy and well-equipped cottage. Plenty of hot water for showers, even for multiple people. Useful information provided by Jessica, the host.
Felt like treated like royalty, no complaint.
